The site is on the Three Counties Showground. The site will be managed by a dedicated team of volunteers and professionals.
Site services are responsible for all the hardware on site, traffic, security, toilets, communication delivery. A full camp will be avaiable.
There will be a central service based out of the Severn Hall. Communication and First Aid will be based from here.
There will be a provider for First Aid during the weekend.
There will be enough toilets around the site in both camping and programme areas to cope with the amount of Scouts attending.
There will be a bespoke travel and traffic plan in place and districts will be advised nearer the time.
We will be employing a company for site security who will also patrol the site and we will have gate guards at access points into the site.
Only authorised persons will be allowed on site and a strict booking in and out policy will be in place. We will be using wristbands.
All activities, the site, and processes are fully risk assessed and will comply with Scout Organisation, Policy and rules. These will be published on the Shirejam site 3 months before the event for all to see.
