- Role Title: Shirejam Trustee
- Role Purpose: • Support Scouts Hereford & Worcester successful delivery of Shirejam 2023, and 2026 by building and fostering support as continuous link between Scouts and Shirejam Event • Board exists of County Commissioner, County Chair and x4 Trustees and a representative from the Three Counties Showground
- Key Accountabilities: • Support the County Commissioner and the Camp Chief to provide a balanced, adventurous programme against P.O.R. for upto 4,000 young people against a cost-effective model, that is financially modelled and fit for purpose • Principles and policy of the Scout Association are followed • Shirejam’s own constitution is maintained correctly applied • Liaise with key stakeholders Shirejam Trustees, County Commissioner Three Counties Showground Staff • Establish business needs in terms of accounts, charity status, VAT reporting and other appropaite decisions suitable to ensuring the longevity of Shirejam

- Role Title: District Representative
- Role Purpose: • To support the Senior Leadership Team or appointed representative in the successful delivery of Shirejam 2023.
- Key Accountabilities: • Aid procurement of activities for your district to which are linked to the theme of the sub camp. • Provide on-site support for sub camp activities along with other District Representatives. • Filter Shirejam communications down to Groups. • Design and communicate District Site Allocation between Groups. • Ensure safety elements are complied with, including risk assessments and application of ways of working, procedure, and policy. • Work with facilities and operations on site. • Support Communications, Media & social media are relevant, suitable, and appropriate and utilised to the benefit of Scouting and Shirejam
