- Role Title: Booking Administrator
- Role Purpose: • To support the Finance lead in the Successful delivery of Shirejam 2023 financial and budgetary requirements
- Key Accountabilities: • Administer the booking requirements for Shirejam 2023 • Support on banking and digital payments with Finance Lead • Partner with facilities and operations with Three Counties Showground and relevant SIA security contractor • Support Communications, Media & Social Media are relevant, suitable and appropriate and utilised to the benefit of Scouting and Shirejam • Liaise with key stakeholders Shirejam Trustees, County Commissioner Three Counties Showground Staff
- People Skills: • Attention to detail • Established leadership and influencing skills • Relationship building • Co-operative team player • Able to work with remote teams • Ability to engage with colleagues at all levels including Executive Management

- Time Commitment: • Weekly Meetings • Upto 4 hours a week administration • Weekend Planning Meetings • Week for Shirejam including set up and pack up days
